I am 23 years old. I am a Human Services Major at Southern New Hampshire University, online, in Manchester, New Hampshire. My college GPA is currently 3.166. I will be graduating from SNHU in May 2021, and will be obtaining my Bachelor's of Arts degree. I have taken both English Composition I and II. I have taken all of the English classes in my high school, as well as Reading Comprehension and Writing. and for ACT and SAT. I have also done essay writing in junior high, high school, and still currently continue to do so in college. I can also teach grade-school math, anywhere from Kindergarten up to the 4th grade, as I would like to help the younger children with that, and feel as if it would help me fit in more with my degree of Human Services with Child and Family Services aspect, and also continuously building better social skills during tutoring sessions. My concentration, or minor, in my major, is Child and Family Services. Why I chose this major, was because I love giving and showing my passion to those around me, and extending my hand as a helping hand for those who need it. I want to be a Child and Family Crisis Intervention Counselor, Child Protective Services with DCFS and adoption, or Residential Youth Home worker.
Experience
Why I want to be a tutor, is because I love working with people, and being able to help even my closest friends or family members with their English and/or Writing assignments, as well as the structure, organization, and style of both subjects. I want to be able to help others to increase their knowledge and ability for these subjects as well. I am always a positive person, and always a bright ball of energy, and I would like to tutor those who want to learn and to also make it fun and engaging, rather than silent and boring. I am always about helping people in the best ways that I can and always making people smile. I have excellent communication skills, as well as reading and writing, and I also get along with others very well. I have very good organizational skills, and also very neat. I enjoy working with others, as well as being a team player and a team leader. I follow and abide by all rules and regulations of ethical codes in any workplace or school environment that I experience in. I have a very strong work ethic and am very dedicated and passionate to my work and with other people. I know how to meet deadlines and can, and will always, get the job done. I have written poetry since June 12, 2010, in high school. I finished my sophomore year and would be starting my junior year that following fall. I wrote many poems of all styles, of any feelings, any situations, and anything that could give me some sort of inspiration to keep on with my writing. I entered a cash-prize poetry contest for the state of Illinois, where I currently reside in, and won first place in my district, and for the entire state of Illinois. I have been diagnosed with ADHD since I was nine years old, so it has come very easy to me to be able to know how to help teach those who have the same learning disabilities or learn in the same ways that I do, but are still able to perform the needed and required work for each course being taken. I am able to teach early grade-level math, as it is for younger children, and it would be small steps to working my way up with helping them to build better knowledge and comprehension skills, and to use their thinking minds with counting and anywhere, and so on and so forth.

Hobbies
I enjoy spending my time with friends and family. When I'm not with friends and family, I really enjoy reading any book that catches my interest, as well as writing, whether it be something about my life, or my family, or even fictional writing. I have always enjoyed reading and writing, even as a kid. I was such a bookworm, and at times, I still consider myself to be one. I am always reading something, whether it be a physical book or stories online. I absolutely love writing, because I love how easily I can express myself, no matter what the prompt is. That is how I have always been able to express myself in many ways of Creative Writing. I am a genuine and down-to-earth individual, with my own uniqueness and free spirit. I am always happy, and I always have a smile on my face. I am very friendly, positive, and outgoing, and I enjoy being with friends and family.
